OUR FOUNDER
Charles E. Doolittle, Jr.
Charles is an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team. He offers workshops, seminars, keynote speaking, and coaching, aiding your personal and professional growth by studying and applying John's proven leadership methods. He is a gifted, powerful, and charismatic speaker who knows how to engage and motivate an audience. Charles has addressed civic and ecumenical audiences both nationally and internationally.
As a former 23-year law enforcement veteran, an adjunct instructor for Fairfax Criminal Justice Academy, and a retired 12-year member of the Fairfax Sheriff's Office Crisis Negotiation Team, Charles is most passionate about leadership mentoring. During his law enforcement career, he served as a Gang Investigator, Hostage Negotiator, Intelligence Coordinator, and member of the Joint Intelligence Task Force (JITF) with the FBI.
Other specialized training allowed him to serve as a volunteer Conflict Resolution Coach and Mediator through the Fairfax County Government Office of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from 2011-2021. During his tenure with the ADR, he worked with various governmental groups and individuals.
